We offer expedited and 2nd day delivery options for both U.S. and international orders, where available.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package size, weight, and destination.

Carrier Responsibility & Delays

All shipments are subject to the rules, regulations, and service limitations of the shipping carrier. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Flower Bee Floral Supply is not responsible for delays, lost packages, misdeliveries, weather-related disruptions, labor issues, or carrier service interruptions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Flower Bee Floral Supply is not liable for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Flower Bee Floral Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging for carrier claims.
