Floral Wires
Florists use a variety of wires—typically made of steel, aluminum, or iron—to strengthen, extend, and manipulate flower stems, ranging from thick, straight stem wires:
- Heavy blooms (16-20 gauge) to thin, flexible spool wires
- Binding and delicate work (26-32 gauge).
- Common types include green-painted or paper-covered wires for camouflaging, decorative aluminum wire, and specialty wires for structural support.
- Wire Easel support stands, are bundled in sets of 10, from 36" to 60".
- Galvanized Wire Saddles for Memorial headstone flower arrangements. Available in 7", 11" and 17" commonly used with 6", 12" and 18" Foam blocks.
- Wire frame container stem supports- Assorted sizes and shapes to mold around the edges of containers to support the flower stems, divide stems for even placement, and maintain floral designs during transport.
